Cancellation/Refund Policy for the ACP Internal Medicine Meeting 2025
Notice of registration or cancellation for the Internal Medicine Meeting, guest registration and pre-courses must be in writing via email. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Email date will determine the amount of refund according to the following schedule:

All cancellations are based on ET Standard time. A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original method of payment.
You may switch registration from Virtual to In-Person, or from In-Person to Virtual.
Send an email with your request to switch your registration to help@acponline.org. Our Member and Product Support team will handle the change and get back to you.
- Please note: if you switch to the Virtual format, any Pre-Course and Clinical Skills registrations you may have will be canceled since they are not offered in a virtual format. Our cancellation policy will apply to those cancellations.
- There’s no charge to switch between In-Person and Virtual registration.
- You can send your request to switch via email to help@acponline.org until the March 28, 2025 deadline.
Live Course Cancellation Policy
(For Internal Medicine Board Review, Maintenance of Certification and SEP Module Courses)
All cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 10 days before the start date of the course to obtain a refund. A processing fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds. Individuals who fail to attend the course (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund.
ACP reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, cancelled, or postponed, the College will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
Live Course Guarantee (Board Prep Guarantee)
If you do not pass the ABIM Certification or MOC Exam in internal medicine after attending an ACP Exam Prep Course, you may attend one live ACP Exam Prep Course within twelve months of your ABIM notification date, subject to space availability, and not pay the registration fee or you may receive access to a current Online ACP Exam Prep course recording. To qualify, email PGguarantee@acponline.org a copy of the ABIM notification letter of your test results with the option you are choosing.
International Order Information
For all international shipments, a valid phone number within your shipment destination and complete address is required (including street name, house number and postal code). Your order will not ship without this information. We ship international orders via DHL for quicker delivery times and tracking ability.
We do not pay any customs fees or destination taxes and we do not include these fees or taxes in the price of the product or the shipping cost. Fees may be due upon delivery. We cannot circumvent your country's customs and tax laws.
International delivery may no longer be possible due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please visit the USPS' web site for details on international service disruptions and countries impacted.
ACP MKSAP Pass Guarantee
We will offer you a 1-year free ACP MKSAP subscription if you have answered at least 1,200* self-assessment questions over the course of your subscription or consecutively renewed subscription and submitted for CME but still do not pass your ABIM exam. CME submission is required for all learners, including residents, to verify completion and meet guarantee eligibility requirements. IMPORTANT: The date of CME submission for all 1,200 self-assessment questions must be prior to your ABIM examination date, and your notification of failure must be submitted no later than 1 year following your ABIM exam.
*A combination of 1,200 multiple-choice questions, excluding flashcards and CORE questions, must be completed and submitted for CME or CME and MOC to qualify for a 1-year free ACP MKSAP subscription. No exceptions.
Subscribers who meet these qualifications should send a copy of their letter from the ABIM notifying them of failure along with the ACP MKSAP Pass Guarantee Request Form within 1 year of your examination to:

MKSAP 19 Pass Guarantee
Note: Pass Guarantee terms apply to the version of MKSAP that was purchased. The following terms apply to purchases of MKSAP 19 as a standalone product prior to April 9, 2024. Customers who received MKSAP 19 as a free bonus to their ACP MKSAP purchase: please refer to ACP MKSAP Pass Guarantee.
We will send you a full refund on your purchase price of MKSAP 19 if you have answered all 1,200* MKSAP 19 self-assessment questions and submitted for CME (to verify completion) but still do not pass the ABIM exam. Return Policies
Order Information
Prices and item availability are subject to change without notice. All prices shown are in US dollars; payment must be received in US dollars/funds drawn from a US bank. Please notify us within 90 days if you have not received your items.
ACP Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full credit or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must include a copy of your packing slip with the reason for the return indicated. Book sets must be returned in their entirety. Returns must be in resalable condition. If you claimed any CME related to a product, you cannot return the product nor receive a refund.
Returns should be sent by a traceable method; if we do not receive the return we cannot issue a credit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Online products must be canceled within 7 business days of the order date, and can only be canceled if you have not accessed or used the product.
Any order placed through an outside vendor are subject to the vendor’s return policies. Please contact the vendor directly for further information. ACP does not accept returns of vendor purchases, including any purchase made through Amazon, Ebay, or other online sellers.

- License Termination:

Annals Refund and Cancellation Policy
Online and Site license subscriptions may be canceled at a 100% refund if the request is received before the start of the subscription period. Please note there are no refunds after the start of the subscription. Print subscriptions may be canceled at any time. A refund will be processed for any issues not yet shipped.
