Candidate Bios

Candidate Statement: The DE Chapter of ACP has served as my professional home for over a decade, providing invaluable education, networking, service, and advocacy through a vast array of opportunities. This foundation has built my own expertise with the structure and functions of the local chapter. Additionally, as a physician leader in a large independent academic health system, I bring over 10 years of leadership experience in systems thinking, organizational behavior, daily operations, and strategic planning. Having served on various local and national committees participating in state and national leadership trainings, I feel equipped to further the chapter's longstanding success. As a dual-board certified, clinically relevant, community-oriented, and human-centered Internist, I aim to expand membership, enhance development opportunities, strengthen advocacy efforts, and foster community collaborations. As a servant leader, I look forward to the prospect of uniting common causes, activating new champions, and aligning with the mission and vision of the ACP.
