We live in a world filled with constant notifications, competing priorities, social media distractions, and an endless stream of information. Amid all this noise, it can be difficult to focus on what truly supports our health and well-being.
Finding the signal in a noisy world is about focusing on the habits, relationships, and choices that have a lasting impact on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By tuning out the noise and amplifying what matters most, we can focus on meaningful work, cultivate inner joy, and create the conditions to truly thrive.

We welcome you to share a 5-minute story that describes either how you have found ways to reset or the impact of resetting has had in you.

Please join us as a storyteller or a listener of stories. Please let Dr. Hari Devkota, Dr. Omer Bajwa, and/or Dr. Janki Deepak if you are willing to share your story.
