This is a special day created by The Arnold P. Gold Foundation’s Gold Humanism Honor Society to appreciate all our resident and fellows. Today, we honor and express our sincere gratitude to our residents for their unwavering dedication, professionalism, and compassion. You serve at the front lines of care with integrity and humility, often carrying immense responsibility while continuing to learn, teach, and lead. Your resilience in the face of long hours and complex challenges, and your commitment to patients and colleagues alike, reflect the very highest ideals of medicine. We are profoundly grateful for your service and for the vital role you play in the strength and future of our healthcare community. We really hear you, appreciate you, deeply care about your health and wellbeing. Thank a resident day for this year will be on Feb 27, 2026, lets celebrate!!!

Today, we invite you to reflect and share one quality, strength, or aspect of yourself that you value something that has grown through your experiences, challenges, and dedication. Taking a moment to acknowledge who you are now is an act of self-recognition, and it matters.

This free, informative program is designed to support and encourage Medical Students by holding spirited competitions that include a Poster Abstract Competition, Student Dilemma and the Iron Med Competition, as well as informative presentations geared toward students.
This year's program includes some Student Story Slams and presentation topics including:
- Reframing Healthcare through Lifestyle Medicine
- Updates on Naloxone Training
- How to Succeed in the Medicine Clerkship
This is a great opportunity to network with medical students from other programs and ACP chapters.
