Dr. McCutcheon is the Associate Program Director for the CMC Internal Medicine Residency Program, Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine (Charlotte), and an NC ACP Well-being Champion. She will explore the importance of self-compassion in medicine and share practical strategies to help physicians cultivate resilience, manage stress, and prioritize their well-being.
