Registration is now open for the 2026 Clinical Vignettes & Research Abstracts Competition,  2026 Doctors Dilemma® Competition, and 2026 Medical Students Dilemma which will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Complejo Ferial, Ponce PR. 

Concurrently, we will be featuring a 4.5 CME program Advancing Internal Medicine: Clinical Cases & GI Evidence-Based Update

All participants must register, including presenters, first authors, additional authors, Doctors' Dilemma® teams, Medical Students Dilemma Team, and guests.
