American College of Physicians (ACP) is a 501(c)(3) organization, and is an agent of the Vermont Chapter of the ACP, which is also a 501(c)(3) organization. The Vermont Chapter of the ACP is located at 134 Main St, Montpelier, VT 05602.

ACP members may elect to make a 100 percent tax-deductible, charitable contribution to the Vermont Chapter of the ACP in support of that Chapter's educational, Resident/Fellow and Medical Student initiatives as well as increased efforts to promote internal medicine and primary care.
