High-Concentration Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol Cannabis Products and Mental Health Outcomes. A Systematic Review and High-Concentration Cannabis Products: Need to Know More About Associated Health Risks

Current cannabis products often contain high concentrations of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This systematic review describes the associations between high-concentration THC cannabis products and mental health outcomes, such as anxiety, depression, psychosis or schizophrenia, and cannabis use disorder. The accompanying editorial discusses the findings and the need for rigorous research on high-potency marijuana products to inform clinical decision making, public health recommendations, and regulation.

Testosterone-Induced Vanishing Bile Duct Syndrome Associated with X-39 Wellness Patch: A Rare Case Report
A 27-year-old male with a history of low testosterone levels, being treated with testosterone supplementation presented to the emergency department with symptoms of pruritus and jaundice. The patient was also reportedly using the X-39 patch for general wellness support. He denied any history of alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana use.
