Celebrating Over 5 Years of ACP Well-being Champions!

In September, we held a special event that celebrated the history of ACP's Well-being Champion Program. During the event, we heard about specific projects from WBC alumni, had time for small-group discussions on ideas for what should be done next with physician well-being, and explored the changes to the WBC chapter leadership program. It was wonderful to have a mix of WBC alumni, current WBCs, and members from our newly trained class of 2028 WBCs all come together for conversation and community. While our monthly WBC group coaching sessions are only available to currently serving Champions who have completed training, going forward we will have these special events—open to all past and current WBCs—twice a year. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to join us for the event, but most especially to Drs. Hingle, Barrett, Wickersham, Horwitch, and McCrary for sharing your insights, wisdom, and experiences as ACP Well-being Champions. It was an uplifting and inspiring event!
